Our next volunteer workday will be Sunday 18th October, 10:30 to 15:00 at St Martin’s Battery.
The focus of this workday will be on scrub clearance at St Martin’s Battery site to maintain accessibility and keep it tidy.
As always, PPE and tools are supplied, just bring yourselves in some sturdy footwear and with food and drink if needed. The site gets muddy at this time of year and can be cold outdoors so please dress appropriately.
Tours of the Drop Redoubt are finished for this year but the Grand Shaft staircase will be open from 10:30 – 16:00 and is free to visit with no booking required.
