Our next workday at the Western Heights will be held on Sunday 16th August from 10:30 to 16:00.
Work will take place across various parts of the site and we will also be preparing the North Entrance site ahead of the upcoming Dover Heritage Open Days event next month.
If you’d like to volunteer with us please meet at the Drop Redoubt entrance in the ditches at 10:30am. As usual all PPE and equipment will be supplied – just bring your lunch and sturdy footwear is recommended. Further info about volunteering with us can be found HERE.
The Grand Shaft will also be open and free to visit, and we are also running tours of the Drop Redoubt at 11:00 and 14:00. To enquire or book spaces on a tour please email: whpstours@gmail.com.
